In case of sickness or a vacation of your regular cleaning lady,an alternate cleaning lady will clean your home as scheduled without further notice.Same quality of service is guarantied.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MADE BY CLIENTS
Any changes to clients cleaning schedule must be called in at least 2 days before cliening day.$20 fee will be applied to client next payment for late changes and cancellation.
Where client fails to provide access to Elena's cleaning staff on scheduled cleaning day $20 fee will be applied to clients next payment.
CONCERNS AND COMPLAINS
If there is anything Elena's cleaning has missed
cliening in clients home, client must call Elena's cleaning
on the same day the home was cleaned.
We will return within 48 hrs to fix it.
